About Our Leadership Team
elevatorNEXT founders Gary Cooper and Michael Galkin founded voiceNEXT in 2003 to fix the biggest problem with telecom companies—the lack of quality customer service.
Together, they created and built voiceNEXT using the latest technology. elevatorNEXT continues in this to provide its clients with the best elevator emergency communication systems and with superior customer service.
Gary Cooper
Prior to co-founding voiceNEXT in 2004, Gary served as Director of Information Technology for an electrical distribution firm. As an I.T. specialist, he was responsible for all of the company's communication systems. Following his tenure as Chief Executive of I.T., Gary became the Director of Purchasing, where he played a key role in the planning, building, and implementation of the company's first distribution center.
Michael Galkin
Michael Galkin, co-founder of voiceNEXT, is a serial entrepreneur. From starting his first company in his freshman dorm room to taking another public, Mike takes a vision and turns that vision into reality. Mike has over 35 years' experience in the telecommunications industry and was recognized as a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Inc. 500 Award (#126).
